Who We Are
Team21 Academy is a servant-leadership development movement founded on the timeless principle that true greatness is found in service. Rooted in Christian values and anchored in the words of Jesus in Matthew 20:26–28, we equip leaders across Africa and the world with the tools, mindset, and community to serve with excellence.
Through training programs, mentorship, consulting, and publishing, we have now trained over 1,000 servant-leaders — and we are just getting started. August 15 is our moment to celebrate God's faithfulness and look ahead to even greater impact.
